SwitchFlo is an intelligent water tank controller that automatically manages your motor based on real-time tank levels. It monitors your overhead tank and sump through level sensors, starts the pump when the tank is low, and stops it the moment it's full, preventing both dry-run damage and overflow. The SwitchFlo app gives you live visibility and remote control from anywhere.

It depends on the model. SwitchFlo Ground and SwitchFlo Sump work entirely offline, no internet required. The motor automation, schedules, and dry-run protection all run on-device. The cloud-connected models (Ultra, Sump+, Ground+) add remote monitoring and control via the mobile app, which requires WiFi.

All SwitchFlo products come with a 1-year replacement warranty covering hardware defects. If anything fails within that period, we replace it. You can extend coverage with a Care Package, +1 year for ₹2,500 or +2 years for ₹4,500, added at the time of purchase. Warranty does not cover physical damage, incorrect installation, or damage from mains supply outside the device's rated input range. SwitchFlo itself protects your motor by blocking it when voltage leaves the safe range (195–260V AC by default, adjustable from 150–300V in the app).

SwitchFlo works with all 3-phase & single-phase pumps, which covers the vast majority of domestic pumps in India. It is installed at your electrical panel by a professional and works with your existing pump, no pump replacement needed.

The SwitchFlo app is available for both iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play). It requires WiFi on the device side for cloud-connected models.

SwitchFlo uses end-to-end encrypted communication between the controller and the cloud. Device authentication uses secure tokens, and firmware updates are cryptographically signed. We follow a responsible disclosure policy.
