Control your water motor from your phone
The controller on your wall does the work. The app is your window into it, from the next room or the next city.
Live tank levels, and a Start button for each motor
See every overhead tank and the sump at a glance, the way they actually sit in your building. Each motor has its own card with its status, its mode (Auto or Manual) and a button to start or stop it from wherever you are.
Alerts that say what happened, and when
Tank full, motor on, motor off, dry-run protection tripped, mains voltage out of range. Every event lands as a push notification and stays in a dated history you can scroll back through. Alerts are in the app only, not WhatsApp or SMS.
Schedules, run limits and safety settings
Set up to 5 start windows per motor, a dry-run delay tuned to your borewell, a maximum run time per motor, and the voltage range the controller will accept. Settings are saved on the controller itself, so you set them once.
Usage history for every motor
Runtime, cycles, tank fills, dry-run saves and voltage faults for today, the last 7 days or the last 30. It is how you check the controller is doing its job without climbing to the terrace.
The app is optional. The protection is not.
Many water controller apps are the thing holding the system together: lose the internet and the automation goes with it. SwitchFlo is built the other way round. Filling, cut-off at full, dry-run protection and voltage cut-off all run on the controller, so a WiFi outage or a dead phone changes nothing about whether your tank fills or your motor is protected.

Can I use the SwitchFlo app without a SwitchFlo controller?
No. The app is the remote control and dashboard for a SwitchFlo automatic water level controller. It does not connect to other brands of pump controller or to a motor on its own.
Is the app free? Is there a subscription?
The app is a free download on Android and iOS. App access and cloud connectivity are included with the controller, with no recurring subscription fee for normal residential use.
What happens if the WiFi or internet goes down?
The controller keeps working. Level-based motor automation, dry-run protection and the safety rules all run on the device itself, not in the cloud. You lose remote access from the app until the connection returns. Time-of-day schedules need the controller to sync its clock over WiFi, so a unit that is never online runs on tank levels only.
Can I switch the water motor on and off from my phone?
Yes. Each motor has a Start and Stop control in the app, and you can switch any motor between Auto mode, where tank levels decide, and Manual mode.
Does it work with a sump, an overhead tank and a borewell?
Yes. The app works with all three SwitchFlo models and shows whichever tanks and motors yours controls. Ultra runs two motors into two overhead tanks, one fed from the sump and one from a borewell, and watches the sump as well. Sump+ fills one overhead tank from the sump, and Ground+ fills one overhead tank from a borewell.
