Shiva Krishna is a power electronics and embedded systems engineer with more than three decades of hands-on experience. His career spans the design and development of inverter systems, servo-controlled voltage stabilisers, precision power conditioning circuits, and custom embedded controllers, delivered to industrial clients, educational institutions, and commercial operators across Hyderabad and beyond.

Beyond formal projects, Shiva is the person who reverse-engineers what everyone else writes off. If it has a circuit board, he will find the fault, understand the architecture, and fix it. That discipline shapes how Tiotlabs approaches every product: with deep understanding of how things actually work, not just how they're supposed to.

SwitchFlo came from a straightforward observation: Indian homes have been managing water motors manually for decades, with all the dry runs, burnt pumps, overflowed tanks, and daily frustration that comes with it. The technology to solve it properly existed. No one had applied it well. Tiotlabs was built to do exactly that, and to keep building products the same way: complete, reliable, designed for the real conditions of Indian homes.
