By using Tiotlabs products, services, or website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Products & Orders

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes are included in the listed price.
  • Orders are confirmed upon successful payment via Razorpay.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders and issue full refunds in cases of stock unavailability or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Products are shipped to Indian addresses only.

2. Warranty

  • SwitchFlo products carry a 1-year replacement warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects and hardware failure under normal use. Coverage can be extended to 2 or 3 years by purchasing a Care Package at the time of order.
  • Warranty does not cover physical damage, water/liquid damage, incorrect installation, or damage caused by electrical supply conditions outside the product's rated operating range, including sustained overvoltage, lightning, and faulty or non-compliant wiring.
  • To claim warranty, email contact@tiotlabs.com with your order ID and a description of the fault.

3. Installation

  • Professional installation by a licensed electrician is required. Installation is not included in the product price.
  • Tiotlabs is not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation.
  • The product must be installed in an electrical enclosure appropriate for the environment.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • You may return an unused, unopened product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Opened products may be returned within 30 days only if they are defective on arrival.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned product.

5. SwitchFlo App & Cloud Services

  • Cloud services are provided on a best-effort basis. We target 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • Offline features (motor automation, schedules) continue to function without internet. Cloud-dependent features (remote monitoring, alerts) require an active internet connection.
  • We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue cloud features with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, firmware, software, and trademarks on this website and in Tiotlabs products are the property of Tiotlabs. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tiotlabs' liability for any claim arising from the use of our products is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including property damage or motor failure caused by events outside the product's rated operating conditions.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
