  • Delivery address for product orders
  • Tank measurement data provided during product setup (used solely for controller configuration)
  • Messages sent via our contact form

  • Device data from SwitchFlo controllers, tank levels, motor states, fault events (used to power app functionality)
  • IP address and browser information for security and analytics (Google Analytics)
  • System logs for debugging and performance monitoring

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Process and fulfil your product orders
  • Configure and support your SwitchFlo device
  • Respond to your enquiries and provide customer support
  • Send order confirmations and support communications
  • Improve our products and website through analytics
  • Process payments securely via Razorpay (we do not store card details)

3. Data Security

We implement industry-standard measures to protect your data:

  • Encryption: All data in transit uses TLS/HTTPS. SwitchFlo device communications are encrypted.
  • Access control: Access to personal data is limited to authorised personnel only.
  • Payment security: All payments are processed by Razorpay. We never store payment card data.

4. IoT Device Data

SwitchFlo controllers collect tank level readings, motor states, and fault events. This data is:

  • Stored on secure cloud infrastructure and accessible only to you via your app account
  • Used to power real-time monitoring, alerts, and historical trends in the SwitchFlo app
  • Never sold or shared with third parties
  • Retained for 90 days on cloud-connected models; not transmitted on local-only models

5. Account Deletion, SwitchFlo Users

You may request deletion of your SwitchFlo account and all associated data at any time by:

  • Emailing contact@tiotlabs.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request"
  • Including the email address associated with your SwitchFlo account

We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion by email.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Razorpay: Payment processing (Razorpay Privacy Policy)
  • Google Analytics: Website analytics (anonymised IP)
  • Firebase: Authentication and real-time data for the SwitchFlo app
  • ZeptoMail: Transactional email delivery

7. Cookies and Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website: which pages are viewed, which buttons and links are clicked, and how people move through the ordering process. This helps us improve the site and our products.

  • Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga) to distinguish visitors and sessions. These cookies do not identify you personally.
  • The data we collect is aggregated usage data: pages visited, clicks, approximate location (city level), device and browser type.
  • We do not send your name, email, phone number, or payment details to Google Analytics.
  • You can opt out at any time by blocking cookies in your browser settings or by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
